About the event
Many children and young people experience the world differently due to sensory processing differences, which can affect behaviour, emotions, learning and everyday participation. This practical workshop will introduce the sensory systems, explore how sensory needs may present in daily life, and help you understand the connection between sensory processing and regulation.
Designed for parents, carers, educators and professionals, the session will provide practical strategies and ideas to support sensory needs at home, in education settings and within the community. Whether you are new to the topic or looking to deepen your understanding, you'll leave with greater confidence in recognising and responding to sensory differences.
